Identifying, assessing and analyzing the developmental needs of the employees and polishing the human potential is her passion. Developing and implementing learning solutions and developmental plans is what she does best. She had worked in the areas of conceptualizing designing and conducting training programs for her clientele at various levels. Some of the companies she worked for are Adecco, Apollo Hospitals, Hero Mindmine, CSIR, L&T.
